马纪成，男，山东淄博人，1984.11月出生，汉族，教授，硕士生导师，博士、博士后，重庆市学术技术带头人，重庆市巴渝学者青年学者，教育部中外合作办学评审专家，重庆市高校人工智能教学指导委员会委员。现任重庆市高校群与图的理论及应用重点实验室主任，重庆数学会常务理事，重庆运筹学会常务理事，太阳成集团tyc151cc公司党委副书记、经理。
